Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days. If your order came to you damaged, or you are simply not a fan, please return it in its original condition to recieve a full refund.

You will be need to cover the cost of return shipping and your refund will be issued once the item is recieved.

I want to order 10 or more of a design. How can I do this?

Because I make small batch handmade items, the max quantities of a single design are capped at 9 per order. If you would like to place an order of 10 or more of the same item (e.g. as gifts for a group of friends), you can contact me to place a "bulk" order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping via Canada Post is currently available in addition to local (Canada-wide) and US Shipping.

Standard shipping rates apply depending on your location.

If this changes in the future, it will be posted on the website and social media.

Do you do custom orders?

Not currently.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

Please allow a minimum of one week for processing time (aka during which time I'm usually building your order) in addition to the estimate shipping time offered at checkout.
